Ilma helps you know when forecasts arrive. It is not a navigation or safety system.

1. Not a navigational aid

Ilma shows when weather models and broadcasts are expected. It does not provide forecasts itself and must not be used as your only source for decisions about safety at sea, navigation, routing or departure. Always use official forecasts, warnings, charts and your own judgement.

2. Times can be wrong

Publication times come from provider documents and other sources. They change, can be late or missing, and may be estimates (marked ≈). Radio schedules, frequencies and positions taken from public documents may be out of date. Check with the operator before relying on any schedule.

3. Alerts may fail

Alerts depend on networks, your device settings and third-party services, and can be delayed or not delivered. Do not rely on them for safety-critical tasks.

4. No liability

To the extent the law allows, Ilma and its operator accept no liability for decisions made or loss suffered because of the information shown. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
